Sherried Roast Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. pork loin roast, boned, rolled and tied
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/2 c. sherry
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. thyme
    1 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation
    Shake flour in oven bag.
    Place in a 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Put meat in bag.
    Combine soy sauce, sherry, garlic, mustard, ginger and thyme.
    Pour over meat and close bag with twister.
    Marinate overnight, turning frequently.
    Make 6 slits in oven bag and insert meat thermometer through bag into roast (optional).
    Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until meat reaches 170\u00b0.
