Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c sugar
1/2 c margarine
2 egg yolks
1/3 c water
1 1/2 c flour
1 tsp soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 c mashed bananas
2 egg whites, beaten stiff
Preparation

Blend sugar, margarine and egg yolks. Add water alternately with the flour, soda, baking powder and salt. Stir in the mashed bananas. Then, fold in the egg whites. Place in greased and floured bread tins. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done. If small bread tins are used, cut baking time to 45 minutes.
