Chip Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine
    1 c. Crisco oil
    2 c. brown sugar
    2 c. white sugar
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. salt
    2 c. oatmeal
    2 c. corn flakes
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
    1 c. coconut
    1 c. pecan pieces
Preparation
    Cream together shortening and sugars.
    Add eggs and vanilla. In separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder and soda. Stir in oatmeal, corn flakes, chocolate chips, coconut and pecans.
    Combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients; mix well. Drop batter 3 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
    Flatten slightly.
    Use a \"40 ice cream scoop.\"
    Bake for 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Center of cookies should be soft when taken from oven.
    I get 85 cookies.
