Egg Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. butter
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 c. milk
    dash of salt
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream sugar with butter.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Cook 10 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Then turn oven to 350\u00b0 and cook until 1/3 of center still shakes.
    Remove from oven; it will finish cooking as it cools.
