Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. ripe bananas, mashed
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    2 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream
    butter and sugar.
    Add eggs and beat well.
    Stir in bananas
    and
    lemon
    juice.
    Sift flour, baking powder and salt; add
    to
    cream
    mixture.
    Stir in nuts.
    Bake in 9 x 5 x 3-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
