Miniature Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 stick butter
    1 c. flour
    4 beaten eggs
    1/2 c. half and half
    1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    2 cooked, crumbled slices bacon
    1 Tbsp. chopped chives
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix cream cheese, butter and flour.
    Press into miniature muffin pans.
    Mix eggs, half and half, Swiss cheese, bacon, chives, nutmeg, salt and pepper.
    Pour mixture into shells.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown, approximately 20 minutes.
    Makes 36.
