Applesauce Cookies(Diet) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. reduced calorie margarine, softened
    liquid sugar substitute (to equal 1 c. sugar)
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. unsweetened applesauce
    6 small walnuts, chopped
    2 c. flour, sifted
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    6 Tbsp. raisins
Preparation
    Cream the margarine with sugar substitute.
    Combine soda and applesauce; add to margarine mixture.
    Add remaining ingredients; stir just until blended.
    Pour into nonstick 7 x 11-inch baking pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
