Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
    2/3 c. milk
    1/2 c. crushed saltine crackers
    2 to 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, cut into pieces
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt to taste
    fresh or ground black pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a bowl, beat eggs until frothy. Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Pour into greased 1-quart casserole. Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven 55 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
    Makes 4 servings.
