Pasta And Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/3 c. cooked broccoli
    2 1/2 c. water
    3 beef bouillon cubes
    4 c. (8 oz.) pasta
    1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic in butter until tender, but not brown. Add broccoli, water and bouillon.
    Bring to boil.
    Stir in pasta. Reduce heat to low.
    Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
    Stir in parsley, salt and pepper.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
