Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. zucchini, sliced and cooked fork-tender
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    dash of salt
    dash of nutmeg or allspice
Preparation
    Mix sugar, lemon juice, flour, cinnamon, cream of tartar, salt and spice in a bowl. Fold in squash until coated.
    Dot with butter.
    Pour into 9-inch pie shell. Cover with top crust.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
