Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
butter (size of walnut)
2 egg yolks
1 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Add flour to sugar.
Mix all ingredients and cook in double boiler until thick, then flavor with lemon.
Pour into cooked crust.
Put egg whites on top and put in oven to brown.
This makes one large pie.
