Zucchini And Carrot Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. grated zucchini
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 c. salad oil
    1 c. grated carrots
    2 c. unsifted flour
    1 c. broken nut meats
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add oil, sugar, zucchini, carrots and vanilla to eggs.
    Sift dry ingredients and add to mixture.
    Fold in nut meats.
    Bake in large greased tube pan or 2 small loaf pans in a 325\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Check for doneness with toothpick.
