Japanese Fruit Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. pecans
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 stick butter
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. coconut
Preparation
    Mix eggs, sugar and butter together well.
    Add nuts, raisins, coconut and vinegar.
    Mix well.
    Pour into a pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
