Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 can onion soup
    1 can beef broth
Preparation
    Trim fat off pork chops; salt and pepper to taste.
    Place pork chops in casserole dish.
    Mix rice, onion soup and beef broth and pour over pork chops.
    Cover dish tightly and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
