Zucchini Timbales - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. grated zucchini
1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1/4 c. fresh bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 eggs
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. ham, chopped
4 tsp. oil
Preparation

Combine first 6 ingredients.
Beat in eggs, cheese and ham. Place 1 teaspoon oil in each of four 6 ounce custard cups or individual souffle dishes.
Spoon mixture into each dish.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve immediately.
