Ingredients

12 to 14 oz. dried apricots, ground
1 pkg. flaked coconut
2/3 c. evaporated milk (Carnation)
powdered sugar
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together; roll dough into small balls. Place on waxed paper or foil and refrigerate.
Roll in powdered sugar.
Cookies will keep for a few weeks without freezing.
