Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. zucchini, finely chopped
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. sugar
3 c. plain flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Mix ingredients in order given.
Grease and flour loaf pans. Recipe will make 2 large loaves or 4 medium loaves.
Medium loaves should be baked in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
Larger loaves for 1 1/2 hours.
