Lemon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oleo
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    3 c. flour
    juice of 1 or 2 lemons
    1 c. nuts (if desired)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, adding one egg at a time.\tPour in two loaf pans.\tBake 40 to 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
