Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. very lean flank steak
    1 large onion, finely chopped
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. thinly sliced mushrooms
    1 c. beef broth
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 clove garlic, very finely chopped
    2 c. cooked noodles, freshly cooked and still hot
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Slice the steak into very thin strips, about 1/2 x 2 1/2-inches In a large skillet heat the butter.
    Saute the onions and garlic, stirring frequently.
    Add the steak and mushrooms and cook until the meat is browned on all sides.
