Oatmeal Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. boiling water
    2 c. quick oats, uncooked
    1 c. honey or brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. salt
    3/4 c. cooking oil
    4 beaten eggs
    2 pkg. yeast
    2 c. whole wheat flour or more
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast\tin
    1/2
    cup warm water with 1 teaspoon brown sugar.
    Pour boiling water over oats, whole wheat, salt, cooking oil
    and
    honey
    and
    cool\tto lukewarm.
    Add eggs and yeast and enough bread flour to finish.
    Knead twice and bake in a 400\u00b0 oven
    for
    10
    minutes,
    then
    at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
