Strawberry Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. thawed, sliced frozen strawberries
    1 1/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Add eggs, oil, strawberries and nuts. Stir just until all ingredients are moistened.
    Pour batter into 2 well-greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 70 minutes.
    Cool in pan 5 minutes.
    Remove to wire rack to cool.
