Lasagne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
2 small cans tomato paste
1 jar Ragu
1 small onion
1 container cottage cheese
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
1/4 tsp. salt
1 clove garlic
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 box lasagne noodles
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Brown hamburger, drain.
Add salt, pepper, garlic and onion and let cook.
Stir in Ragu and tomato paste and add 1 or 2 cans water.
Sprinkle oregano over sauce and stir in.
Simmer 30 to 45 minutes.
Mix together cottage cheese, 2 beaten eggs, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
Cook lasagne noodles.
Using a 9 x 13-inch pan, start layers with enough sauce to cover bottom of pan.
Noodles next, then cottage cheese mixture (spread very thin).
Then Mozzarella cheese.
Then sauce.
Repeat at least twice.
End with Mozzarella cheese.
Bake, covered, in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes and uncovered for 30 minutes. Let set 10 minutes before serving.
