Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    2 c. sugar
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. grated zucchini (unpared)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 eggs
    1 c. oil
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Beat eggs, sugar and oil.
    Add dry ingredients alternately with zucchini.
    Stir in raisins, nuts and vanilla.
    Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes; turn out onto wire racks to cool.
    Freezes well.
    Makes 2 loaves.
