Banana Freeze(Diabetic) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 bananas, crushed
    non-nutritive sweetener equivalent to 2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. unsweetened orange juice
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, mixing well.
    Divide mixture evenly into 6 paper cups; freeze until firm.
    Let stand at room temperature for 5 to 6 minutes.
    Peel paper cup as freeze is being eaten!
    Yields 6 cups.
