All Star White Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    1 c. milk
    1 c. water
    3 Tbsp. butter
    5 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    6 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup warm water. Warm milk, 1 cup water and butter together.
    Pour into large mixing bowl.
    Add sugar and salt; mix well.
    Add yeast to cooled milk mixture.
    Add flour slowly, stirring constantly.
    Knead dough for 10 minutes; set aside in a greased bowl in warm place, turning dough once so that all sides are greased.
    Cover with damp cloth.
    Let rise 1 1/2 hours or until double.
    Punch down, knead several minutes.
    Shape into 3 loaves and place in greased pans.
    Allow to rise until double. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 35 to 45 minutes.
