Double Decker Banana Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cold fat-free milk
    1 (3.4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
    1 c. reduced-fat whipped topping
    1 c. thinly sliced firm bananas
    4 tsp. graham cracker crumbs
    4 maraschino cherries (with stems)
Preparation
    In a bowl, whisk together milk and pudding for 2 minutes. Fold in whipped topping. Refrigerate for at least 5 minutes. Divide half the pudding mix among 4 dessert dishes. Top with half the banana slices and remaining pudding mix. Sprinkle with crumbs. Top each with remaining banana slices and garnish with a cherry. Serve immediately. Makes 4 servings.
