1 c. chocolate chips (6 oz.)
2 egg whites
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. vinegar
3/4 c. walnuts
Preparation

Melt the chocolate chips over hot water and set aside.
Beat egg whites with a dash of salt until foamy.
Gradually add sugar and beat until stiff peaks form.
Beat in vanilla and vinegar. Fold in chocolate and walnuts.
