Cherry Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. cherry juice
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. plain flour
2 tsp. baking powder
10 oz. jar cherries, chopped
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation

Beat eggs.
Add oil and sugar.
Mix well.
Stir in milk, juice and vanilla.
Mix flour and baking powder. Stir in small amounts at a time until all is used.
Stir in cherries and nuts. Pour into greased loaf pans.
Makes 2.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
