Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    2 eggs, beaten
    3 medium ripe bananas, mashed
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Beat oil and sugar together.
    Add eggs and bananas and beat well.
    Add dry ingredients, milk and vanilla.
    Mix well and add nuts.
    Pour into greased loaf pan and bake at 350\u00b0
    for 1 hour. Cool well and store overnight before chilling.
    Very good served with softened cream cheese.
