Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. cooking oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. grated zucchini
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. nuts (optional)
    1/2 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add oil, sugar, peeled and grated zucchini and vanilla.
    Mix well.
    Sift together dry ingredients.
    Add to batter and mix until well blended.
    Bake in 2 greased and floured loaf pans at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
