Big Mama'S Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. corn syrup (white or dark)
1 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1 Tbsp. vanilla
4 Tbsp. butter or oleo
1 c. pecans (whole or chopped)
Preparation

Combine sugar and syrup.
Add eggs, butter, vanilla and nuts. Mix well and pour into uncooked pie shell.
Bake for 10 minutes at 400\u00b0.
Then lower temperature to 300\u00b0 and cook for 35 minutes.
