Cheese Bread Sticks - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 pkg. dry active yeast
1 1/2 c. warm water
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil or olive oil
4 to 4 1/2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. salt
3 egg whites, slightly beaten
coarse salt
grated Parmesan cheese (for garnish)

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Add yeast to warm water.
Add sugar. Set aside until yeast activates and foams on top.
Add oil.
