Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. zucchini, grated
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. raisins or dates
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. flour
    3 eggs
    8 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla; stir in zucchini and pineapple.
    Add dry ingredients, then raisins and nuts.
    Grease and flour pans (regular size); bake 60 to 70 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven. Do not underbake.
