Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked chicken
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. nonfat dry milk
3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. tarragon
1/2 tsp. parsley
fresh ground pepper
3/4 c. small white onions
1 pkg. mixed vegetables
1 recipe pastry crust or mashed potato toppings
Preparation

Beat nonfat milk and flour with water until smooth.
Add tarragon, parsley and pepper.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens.
Mix in chicken and vegetables. Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Cover with pastry crust or mashed potato topping.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
Yields 4 servings.
