Ingredients

1 c. margarine, softened
1 c. sugar
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. any flavoring you desire
nuts (add to your liking)
2 eggs
4 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation

Cream margarine and sugar.
Add oil, eggs and vanilla. Combine flour, soda, salt and cream of tartar.
Add to flour mixture.
Chill for 2 hours.
Shape into balls, then flatten with fingers or bottom of small glass with a design on bottom. Dip bottom of glass into flour before flattening balls.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
