Sugar-Free Millionaire Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 extra serve graham cracker crust
    1 egg yolk
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 (16 oz.) low-fat sour cream
    1 large box sugar-free vanilla pudding
Preparation
    Brush crust with egg yolk.
    Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 4 minutes. Combine pineapple (juice included) and sour cream.
    Stir in pudding.
    Fill crust and refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
