Diabetic Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. quick oatmeal or All-Bran
    1/4 c. oleo
    1 Tbsp. sweetener
    1 egg
    1 c. unsweetened applesauce
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Sift all dry ingredients together.
    Mix oleo, sweetener and egg.
    Beat until fluffy.
    Add flour and applesauce.
    Fold in raisins and oats or bran.
    Drop by spoonful onto cookie sheet. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Can be made into a cake.
