Taco Twist Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground meat
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. ground cumin
3 c. beef broth
1 1/2 c. picante sauce
1 (14 oz.) can diced tomatoes (in juice)
1 c. uncooked rotini (twisted pasta)
1 small green pepper, chopped
shredded cheese
tortilla chips
Preparation

In a large pot, brown meat with onion and garlic. Drain. Sprinkle chili powder and cumin over meat.
Cook and stir 30 seconds. Add other ingredients except cheese and chips.
Bring to a boil, stirring often. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 minutes or until pasta is done.
Place in bowls and top with cheese and chips.
