M And M Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar (pack firm)
1 c. Crisco
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 eggs
3 c. flour (scant)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 lb. bag of M&M's

Preparation

Blend sugars, Crisco, vanilla, and eggs in a bowl. In a separate bowl, combine flour, salt, and soda; mix. Add flour mixture to sugar mixture. Mix till well moistened (dough will be stiff). Pinch off a small amount and roll into a ball. Place balls on ungreased baking sheet and add 3 or 4 M & M's to top. Gently press top of cookie to set M & M's and spread cookie dough.
