Parmesan Chicken(298 Calories Per Serving) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breast halves
    1/3 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp. dried basil
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    vegetable cooking spray
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. dried basil
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Place each chicken breast between 2 sheets of waxed paper. Flatten to 1/4-inch thickness using a meat mallet or rolling pin. Combine bread crumbs, 1/4 teaspoon basil and pepper.
    Dip chicken pieces in egg.
    Dredge in bread crumb mixture.
