Indian Fry Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. nonfat dry milk
8 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. salt
2 c. warm water
1/2 c. sugar (optional)
Preparation

Mix and knead dough until soft, not sticky.
Pat or roll into 1/4-inch circles.
Make small hole in center.
Fry in deep fat (350\u00b0).
