Spinach Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 loaf French bread
10 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated
1 stick butter, softened
3/4 to 1 c. chopped onion
1 roll garlic cheese
1 pkg. chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed
salt and pepper to taste
Tabasco and Worcestershire to taste
Preparation

Split bread lengthwise. Butter with 1/2 stick butter. Saut onions in other 1/2 of butter. Add garlic, cheese and spinach. Mix well and melt cheese. Add salt, pepper, Worcestershire and Tabasco to taste. Spread evenly on bread. Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on top. Heat at 400\u00b0 until cheese is melted and bread is crispy.
