Holiday Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. grated carrots
    1 can (9 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350 degrees. Sift together flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. In another bowl, combine eggs, sugar, and vegetable oil; beat well. Stir in dry ingredients; mix well. Stir in carrots, pineapple, vanilla and walnuts. Pour into 2 greased, floured loaf pans. Bake for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
