Coconut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flaked coconut
1 3/4 c. milk
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1 1/3 c. sugar
Preparation

In a medium bowl, combine coconut and milk.
Let stand at room temperature 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
Sift flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and cloves into a large bowl.
Stir in sugar.
