Ingredients

4 c. flaked coconut
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry or other flavored gelatin
Preparation

In large bowl, combine all ingredients.
Mix thoroughly, making sure gelatin is blended evenly.
Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Shape into 1-inch balls and place on well greased baking sheets.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly brown around edges.
Remove from oven; cool on baking sheet 5 minutes before placing on wire rack to cool. Yields 4 dozen.
