Banana, Zucchini And Carrot Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
1 c. sugar
1 c. well ripened bananas (3 bananas)
1/2 lb. Fleischmann's margarine or butter, melted
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. walnuts, chopped
1/4 c. carrots, shredded
1/4 c. zucchini, shredded
Preparation

Beat egg and add sugar; beat until creamy. Add melted margarine/butter and bananas, carrots and zucchini. Add nuts mixed with dry ingredients. Bake 70 minutes in regular loaf pan or in 3 small loaves for 45-50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
