Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs or egg substitute
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. coarsely grated zucchini (peeling is optional)
    3 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs and oil together.
    Add sugar.
    Stir in zucchini and vanilla.
    Add dry ingredients.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
