Refrigerator Muffins - cooking recipe

1 c. boiling water
2 c. all-bran cereal
1 1/2 c. salad oil
3/4 c. white sugar
2 c. brown sugar
4 eggs
1 qt. buttermilk
4 c. baking bran
4 c. flour
5 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. raisins
Preparation

Pour boiling water over all-bran cereal and let stand while mixing. Cream salad oil, white sugar and brown sugar. Add eggs, buttermilk and bran. Mix well. Add flour, baking soda and salt. Mix and add raisins. This recipe keeps in the refrigerator up to 8 weeks. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes as needed.
