Japanese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 well beaten eggs
    1 stick butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. chopped raisins
    1/2 c. pecans, chopped
    1/2 c. coconut
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Mix sugar and butter.
    Add eggs, raisins, coconut and pecans and beat.
    Add vanilla and vinegar.
    Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 325\u00b0 in uncooked pie crust.
