Hawaiian Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. moist flaked coconut
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in order given.
    Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0 in 2 greased loaf pans.
    Half of recipe fills two (7 x 3 x 2-inch) pans.
    Spread.
    Bread freezes well.
